I was a bit let down by the room given compared to what I booked but the view of the sea from the balcony was nice. Service had its ups and downs, with some issues in the kitchen, but staff like Aaron really saved the day. The location was excellent for beach access and town exploration. The dining experience left much to be desired despite a variety of choices. Overall, a mix of highs and lows but still a pleasant stay.

The hotel provided a fantastic break for us all with accommodating and kind staff, great autism-friendly features, and lovely sea views from the spacious and well-equipped rooms. The only downside was the outdated curtains that needed replacing.

Rooms

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-decorated with a good sea view.
Service

The staff was so polite, friendly, and responsive to all our needs, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, witnessing employees argue was unprofessional and off-putting.
Location

The hotel's outdoor changing room and toilet were very convenient, and the prime assets were the friendly staff and cleanliness. The proximity to the sea, town center, and new restaurants made the location exceptional for exploring and socializing.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfy and clean, although the bathroom could use some updating. I didn't opt for breakfast during my stay. The location was excellent, near the beach with no parking hassle. The service was a bit confusing at times but the staff were friendly overall.

Rooms
7.0
My room was comfy with a nice clean shower room, but the bathroom door was swollen and wouldn't close. It was not very clean upon arrival.
Service
7.0
The staff, from reception to the bar and cleaners, were friendly and welcoming. However, there were some miscommunications that made things confusing.
Location
9.0
The location couldn't be better, right next to the beach with fantastic views of the seafront.
Dining
7.0
I had a buffet-style meal in the restaurant, and although the food was well-cooked and presented, the options were limited.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
